You should produce a set of annotated screen prints to provide evidence that you have managed your files effectively.
Before you start make sure that you have created a structure of folders to save your work as you have been going along. You should also ensure that the file names you have used are sensible and logical. If some are not, change them now.
Screen print the file-open window in word. Choose "All Files" from the "Files of Type" box. You will need to produce a number of screen prints to show the contents of all of your folders and sub-folders. You need only screen print folders to which you have saved ICT work.These prints should be annotated, using text boxes and arrows.
For a Grade C or above you should produce a diagram showing the structure of the folders you have used. You should also make sure that you have created folders to store information sources and drafts of your work, and incluse these in your screen prints.
For a Grade A or A* you should also explain how you would protect your files from theft, loss, and viruses. Explain how your work is backed up by the College and also how you would do this at home.
