2.4A Producing your booklet 
Your booklet should include;
A title page
A contents page
A section on each ICT law you have studied, explaining
- Why it was introduced
- Who it protects
- The effects on ICT users
- The effects on businesses which use ICT
- The consequences of breaking the law
Give your booklet a professional appearance with appropriate use of headers/ footers, page numbers and the consistent use of fonts, layouts etc.
Your grade will depend entirely on the amount of detail you provide. For example, to gain a grade A or A* you should meet the following grade description;
The candidate has shown a detailed appreciation of the moral, social and
environmental implications for users and organisations of implementing the
legislation.
